As the Team Coordinator, you will be the first person our customers will speak with as you greet and answer the phones. The Team Coordinator performs support functions to ensure the smooth operation of office processes.Responsibilities:
First calls to new patients
Scheduling visits to clinicians according to assigned area
Assists with the running of various system reports.
Utilize HomeCare Homebase to schedule clinicians to a set productivity
Completes assigned workflow tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist scheduling changes with phone calls from clinicians
Works virtually and independently with limited direct supervision using organizational guidelines,policies and procedures and good judgment
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
6 Months medical office experience
Two years customer service experience required.
Pleasant telephone voice and manner.
Basic computer knowledge and skills
