Description Location: Mansfield, TX (100% Onsite)Duration: Temporary AssignmentWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AP Accountant to join our team for a temporary assignment in Mansfield, TX. This is an onsite opportunity, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the cleanup of Accounts Payable processes for 32 vendors.Responsibilities:
Dual Entry Expertise: Execute dual entry AP processes, including the meticulous inputting of invoices and the creation of bills.
Vendor Management: Oversee the cleanup of accounts payable for 32 vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
QuickBooks Mastery: Utilize advanced proficiency in QuickBooks to streamline and enhance AP functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an AP Accountant with a focus on dual entry processes.
Expertise in QuickBooks, demonstrating the ability to navigate the platform efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work onsite in Mansfield, TX for the entire duration of the temporary assignment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of four weeks.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
