✓ WE’LL KEEP YOU BUSY (STEADY CAR COUNT YEAR-ROUND) Beer’s has been a Shelby staple since 1970, with deep community roots and long-term customers. Between strong local relationships, ongoing fleet work (including CSX trucks), and consistent marketing, you’ll never have to worry about slow weeks.
✓ YOU’LL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY With a wide variety of work — domestic, import, light-duty trucks, and specialty vehicles — there’s always something interesting in the bays. You’ll sharpen your diagnostic skills, share ideas with other pros, and keep growing every day.

✓ CLEAN, WELL-EQUIPPED, ORGANIZED SHOP You’ll work in a 6-bay facility that’s clean, bright, and efficient — with modern scan tools, DVI, and updated diagnostic equipment. The shop is heated in winter and swamp-cooled in summer, so you can stay comfortable and focused.

- The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models with accuracy and efficiency
