Description We are looking for a dedicated RITSC Technician Tier 1 to be a part of our team in MARYSVILLE NT, Ohio, 43040, United States. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our IT Service Desk, handling a variety of responsibilities from processing customer applications to resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications as part of the Regional IT Service Desk L1 Maintain and update customer credit records accurately Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Provide resolution to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner Work on Android Development, enhancing the customer experience Utilize Cisco Technologies for network troubleshooting and maintenance Apply Citrix Technologies for virtualization solutions Handle Database management and ensure its smooth operation Work with EO/IR systems, ensuring optimal performance Manage Active Directory services for network users Handle Apple Devices, ensuring their proper configuration and maintenance Solve Computer Hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime Implement Configuration Management best practices Oversee Deployments, ensuring they are executed successfully and on time. Travel as required for business needs; expected to drive safely and to adhere to all traffic laws Represent Plug Power in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions Perform other duties as assigned.
