MUST be Certified in one of the following modules - SAP Success Factors Employee Central Module, SAP Success Factors Compensation Module OR SAP Success Factors Variable Pay Module
MUST have experience with 3 years in SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Compensation or Variable Pay Module with end to end implementation
Must have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors
SAP HCM experience/knowledge is good to have
