Description Key Account Coordinator: They Key Account Coordinator will support the key account sales team by gathering and monitoring sales activity, facilitate the successful and on-time delivery of customer orders, and identify opportunities to grow key account sales. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple and changing priorities as well as the desire to exceed customer expectations. Previous experience managing customer accounts or order fulfillment is a plus. The Key Account Coordinator will report directly to the Key Account Manager and will support them in all efforts designed to grow account sales and providing excellent customer service. Job responsibilities include:30% PO Management Confirm receipt and enter PO details into Sage Support EDI capabilities as needed Research inventory availability Verify delivery date Assist in batch order processing30% Order fulfilment Advise routing requirements and coordinate shipping with on-site warehouse Assist warehouse team with routing and prioritizing orders Order, print and manage customer labeling per individual account requirements Provide tracking information to customers20% Customer Support Update and manage all activity within individual account portals Resolve shipping changes or discrepancies Issue call tags for customer returns Verify customer return details against shipping records10% Item Maintenance Coordinate new item set up Update item details and status as necessary5% Data Analysis Gather and review service reports from service representatives Identify any anomalies and provide recommendations5% Other duties as assigned Requirements Purchase Orders, EDI - Electronic Data Interchange, Administrative Assistance, Data Entry, Coordination, Customer Support, Order Fulfillment, Data Analysis, Labeling Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
