Senior Business Analyst – EWM
Job Description:
Provide leadership and oversight in aligning business requirements to global standard SAP solutions within SAP EWM. Deploy global standard SAP EWM solutions for Dana Plants/Distribution centers across the globe. Deploy a set of continuous improvements to identify and close gaps in process and systems capabilities, training, and tools within SAP EWM. Deploy best practices for inventory management, plant to manufacture, and the warehouse management within our SAP Environment. Support business initiatives through in-depth analysis, using problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement; diagnose issues, and incorporate organizational best practices to ensure operational performance. Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes. Participate in and lead meetings with the business. Work critical incidents through resolution and provide timely updates to management and users.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience working with SAP EWM.
Stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Configuring EWM functionalities, including outbound process, inbound process, advanced production integration, and internal warehouse processes such as physical inventory, VAS, cross-docking, slotting, etc.;
Using critical thinking abilities and troubleshooting skills, including breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks; and
Proactively collaborating with various business areas, support teams, and technical teams.
Stated experience must also include at least 2 years of experience working with the functionality of other SAP Logistics modules (including SD, MM, PP) that are integrated with SAP EWM.
Must be willing to travel 40% domestically and 10% internationally.
