Field Service Technician
Location: Mayfield Heights OH
This position will be a Client based position. Field Service Technician, VIP Support
Role Responsibilities
Supporting VP and higher white glove/VIP support
Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members
Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/printers
May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions
Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years desktop/technical support experience
Additional skills
A+ Certification
Team Lead Experience
Must have a proven customer service background
Knowledgeable of Windows Operating System environment
Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts
Good verbal and written communication skills
Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environments
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic customer interaction skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
