Job DescriptionDevelop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures -OGSM) in order to support the growth and strategy of Identification Solutions.Interface with Commercial, Program Deployment, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to formulate and drive supply planning strategies including development of strategic inventory programs.Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value.Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency - Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsPerform various activities to backup and maintain the flow of work in the department.  Ensure staff is focused on process improvement.Mentor and provide development opportunities for staff, retain and identify development plans for high potential talentImplement and integrate Company EHS programs and develop facility specific procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and Company policies.
