We're seeking dedicated professionals for our 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) to maintain and repair a wide range of machinery, equipment, and structures at our Miamisburg site.In this crucial role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our production team, ensuring our manufacturing and facility equipment operate at peak performance. Your work directly contributes to producing superior quality materials that meet and exceed client needs.What You'll Do:Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment malfunctions.Perform comprehensive troubleshooting, identifying failures and replacing defective components using detailed drawings, diagrams, and manuals.Ensure accurate positioning of production machines.Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Inspect and maintain shop equipment under OSHA regulations.Install functional and structural parts, and prepare new machines for operation.Repair and maintain various machinery, including pneumatic tools, motors, and conveyor systems, utilizing testing instruments and precision tools.Disassemble machines, repair/replace broken parts, and adjust functional components as needed.Clean, lubricate, and inspect all completed repairs.
