Senior Saw Machinist / Raw Material Warehouse Clerk SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLEOur Middleburg Heights site is looking for a Senior Saw Machinist / Raw Material Warehouse Clerk to join their 1st Shift team! You will support with a mix of Machinist and Warehouse responsibilities to support the Business Unit as needed. As the Saw Machinist, you will perform the layout, setup, operation, and tool adjustments for the automated saw. And as the Warehouse Clerk, you will perform a full range of warehouse functions including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials. You will be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Receives material and verifies count against accompanying documents.

Audits incoming shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Quality control and ensuring the received materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Saw cuts and inspects parts from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and verbal instructions using a variety of saw cutting tools and equipment and using mathematical calculations.

Must have the ability to take dimensional inspections and interpret the results against the provided blueprint.

Working collaboratively with other departments, such as logistics, warehouse, and procurement, to ensure a smooth flow of materials.

Dealing with returned or damaged goods, ensuring proper documentation and communication with vendors.

What You Bring:

3+ years of warehouse / saw cutting experience in a manufacturing environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Tow Motor and/or Crane experience highly desired.

Experience in Oracle or other ERP/MRP system preferred.

Strong communication skills for interacting internal customers.

Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds.

Working knowledge of shop and machine safety procedures.

Must use calipers, dial indicators, and other measuring tools as needed.
