As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be tasked with handling account coding, working with different accounting software systems, and managing financial services. Responsibilities: Handle account coding tasks accurately Utilize accounting software systems for financial management Oversee ADP financial services efficiently Manage Concur operations to ensure smooth transactions Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management Carry out accounting functions with high precision Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) operations Implement accrual accounting methods for financial accuracy Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial transparency Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions effectivelyRequirements Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for accurately classifying and recording transactions. Must have experience with Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial operations. Should have knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for effective payroll and employee data management. Familiarity with Concur is needed for efficient travel and expense management. Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required for integrated business process management. Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary for maintaining financial health and compliance. Must have expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) to manage and record outgoing payments. Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary for accurate representation of financial position. Auditing skills are required to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is needed for efficient electronic fund transfers.
