Apex Systems, the nation's 2 nd largest IT Staffing organization, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master located at one of Columbus' premier employers. This opportunity is for a 6 month, open ended contract.

Responsibilities of Scrum Master:

• Creating and maintaining the team agile board, facilitating daily stand ups, and sprint planning.
• Working closely with the QA team focusing on requirements and user test methodology.
• Organizing and driving requirements sessions to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
• Partner with project leads to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures, and practices.

Requirements for Scrum Master:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, or related field.

• Strong business analyst skills (process modeling, use case development, detailed requirements documentation).
• Must be effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, issue resolution, and relationship management skills.
