The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable and general accounting. The Analyst’s daily responsibilities include and may not be limited to processing vendor invoices, completing ACH/check/wire/credit card payments runs, and resolving internal and external customer’s inquiries. As well as providing (or assisting with) completing monthly and quarterly tasks or projects as assigned.RESPONSIBILITIESPoint of contact and handles AP tasks for Great Plains sitesProcess vendor invoices (sort, match, proper authorizations, workflow, etc.) by charging expenses to accounts and cost centers and analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entriesResolving invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memosCommunicate with and train internal and external customers and resolve disputes or differencesPrepare various general ledger account reconciliations and resolve differencesProvide quality customer servicesMeet various daily, monthly and quarterly deadlinesAssist with audit requestsOther duties as assigned
