The Customer Relations Credit Specialist will be responsible for leading the mission of protecting our customers’ people, business, and time across the AWP Safety enterprise. This role will work to align all current and future entities within the enterprise to ensure company standards are achieved by focusing on customer onboarding, maintaining and storing accurate customer credit profiles, and assisting with account resolution. The Customer Relations Credit Specialist is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve enterprise and organizational goals.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and maintain accurate customer accounts in the appropriate customer system.On-board new customers to ensure timely payments for services rendered.Update and maintain customer pricing per each contract.Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal management teams.Handle confidential information and use discretion when processing credit applications.Perform credit risk analysis to determine credit limits and credit worthiness.Review lien waivers/releases for accuracy per entity as required.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Act as a resource for other functions within AWPProvide training and support as requestedPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
