Entry Level Pharmacy TechnicianActalent is in need of entry level pharmacy technicians to support the closed door pharmacy in the Canton, OH area. NO experience is required to be considered, although welcome.Please text the recruiter if you have any questions about your application (330)-696-8451.Job DescriptionAs a Pharmacy Technician, you will utilize automation technology to fill, package, and ship prescriptions. You will package and prepare all orders as assigned, and will need the ability to pack, pull, and bin pharmacy orders. You may also perform clerical duties relating to the department, help maintain inventory, and receive and store incoming supplies. On a day-to-day basis, you will receive an assignment for your area and primarily help with backlog to catch up on orders. You will first be trained on the most basic automation, including QC/QA, single dose packaging, and using pre-packaged machines. After initial training, you will be cross-trained in different areas such as unit dosing, liquids, and ointments.
