In this role, you will perform planned, predictive, and emergency maintenance on automated equipment, electrical power distribution systems, and mechanical machinery to ensure peak operational uptime.What You’ll DoDiagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, PLC controls, DC drives, motors, relays, switchboards, and pneumatic conveyor equipment.Preventive Maintenance: Execute strict PM schedules, inspect equipment per OSHA guidelines, and perform evaluations using ammeters, meggers, and gauges to prevent unplanned downtime.Installation & Mechanics: Read schematics and technical prints to cut/thread electrical conduit, perform complex wiring assignments, and assemble new production line machinery.Continuous Improvement: Track shift metrics (downtime/breakdowns), maintain repair logs, order replacement parts, and support facility HVAC/plumbing upkeep.
