We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a "Solutions Architect" mindset—someone who uses technical curiosity to diagnose root causes and keep our Performance Tapes facility running at peak performance.Your Impact:Diagnosis & Repair: Use detailed drawings, schematics, and precision tools to locate and fix mechanical failures in pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.Electrical Mastery: Install and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including motors, switchboards, automated controls, and circuit breakers.PLC Troubleshooting: Utilize PLCs to identify faults in automated lines and implement corrective measures.Preventive Excellence: Follow strict maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and assist engineers in identifying long-term process improvements.Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace.
