We have an immediate opening for an experienced staffing coordinator in Parma, Ohio.You will be recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, clerical, and professional industriesYou will perform full-cycle recruiting duties.Interview candidates.Using job boards to source new candidates.Posting and searching resumes.Screen Candidates.Submit candidates to clients for review and placement.Complete candidate onboarding.Perform drug screens and background checks.Take job orders from clients.Provide a high level of customer service to clients and candidates.Keep candidate pipeline full.Must be able to work at a fast pace.Be a people person.This is an in office position.
