Genesis10 is seeking a Remote Server Support Technician at a leading company. This is a remote 6-month contractor to hire need.
Description:
Provide remote support for Dell PowerEdge and HPE Proliant servers in a help desk environment
Ensure tickets are closed out or escalated per standard operating procedure
Ensure all actions taken are well documented
Requirements:
Strong experience supporting Dell PowerEdge and HPE Proliant servers either remotely or hands on
Availability to work 3 rd shift weekend schedule
Friday through Monday working (4) 10-hour shifts
Friday through Tuesday working (5) 8-hour shifts
Experience working with a ticketing system
Strong customer service skills
