Signature Consultants is seeking a FacilitiesTechnician to help with a new facility build out in Easton, Ohio. This person will report into the Associate Director of Facilities. This person will be responsible for all hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
Answering the back door-receiving and up
Managing janitorial staff
vendor interaction
Get assigned work orders and do the repairs, changes, etc
Skill Requirements:
HVAC/Johnson Controls
BMS experience
local candidate with valid drivers license
