Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, fishing tips, and local knowledge.
Stock, organize, and maintain inventory of fishing tackle, bait, and supplies.
Operate the cash register, process sales, and handle returns or exchanges.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor and restock live bait as needed.
Stay informed about the latest fishing equipment, techniques, and local fishing conditions.
Support shop events and promotions, including fishing tournaments or educational clinics.
