Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler / Fabricator to join our team in the production of custom trailers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and building custom trailers according to blueprints and specifications, utilizing your expertise in metal work, math, and hands-on craftsmanship. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our custom trailers. Interpret and comprehend blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute trailer assembly and construction. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to shape, cut, and join materials such as wood, metal, and composite materials. Measure, mark, and arrange materials with precision, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Assemble components and sub-assemblies, following established guidelines and processes, to construct the final trailer product. Collaborate with team members, including engineers and designers, to troubleshoot and resolve any construction or assembly challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored. Adhere to safety protocols and practices, promoting a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of your work, making necessary adjustments to achieve high standards of craftsmanship.
