You'll provide hands-on care in a long-term care environment, assisting Veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star parents with daily care, mobility, meals, safety, and emotional support. This PRN role is based in Sandusky, Ohio.You'll apply your CNA/STNA skills to support daily resident care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to resident comfort and quality of life.Schedule: Part-Time / PRN (as needed)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living needs, including movement, meals, personal care, appointments, social activities, and companionship.Take and record vital signs while observing and reporting changes in resident condition.Support basic first aid and CPR response when needed within scope.Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas that support comfort and dignity.Participate in team trainings and contribute to a calm, caring environment.If you do your best work in an environment where the team is as invested as you are, this role was built for that.
