Due to continue growth, we currently have openings for part-time Sales Specialists in many of our locations throughout Ohio. Qualified applicants will possess the following skills: 1 year working with customers in a retail store environment, great oral and written communication skills, great attitude, and high energy. Sales Specialist who continually meets expectations will be considered for advancement opportunities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Keep the company informed about what is happening in the store
Develop close relationships with all store associates
Participate in store events
Increase sales leads and sales revenue in your store unit
Share weekly sales reports and lead reports with your store
Answer product questions
Educate all store associates on your products
Communicate often with emails, post flyers, and face to face
General Info:
Job Type: Part Time -20 hrs. per week 10-3 Thur-Sun. (pick one weekend per month to have off)
Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1 Year
Minimum Years of Education Required: High School/GED
Salary Range: Up to $25 per hour, plus 1% of all sales.
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Will be required to take and pass a drug and background screening
