What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: Up to $81,000 annually. Salary with on-call rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate quality of resident care and outcomes related to healthcare-associated infections

Collect, prepare, and analyze infection data; present findings and recommend actions

Monitor employee compliance with infection prevention measures

Develop and deliver educational programs for staff

Serve as a resource across all departments and personnel

Implement protection programs for healthcare workers and visitors

Set and recommend policies and procedures to prevent adverse events

Provide internal and external reporting of infection control data

Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

Must have Infection Prevention Certification

Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing

Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio

Long-term care experience preferred

Certified in CPR

Ability to develop policies and procedures

Ability to teach and evaluate clinical performance
