We're looking to find and hire 2 sales reps in the Huron, Ohio 44839 area. People applying for these 2 positions require the following background/experience or the equivalent. We are ready to begin interviewing and hiring asap:
Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably selling products in-home directly to homeowners
Construction Sales Experience is a plus: Pools, Solar, Screening, Flooring, Roofing, etc.
All Leads provided by company, no door knocking required
Training Salary provided for 30 days
Full Time, W-2 Employee, commissions paid bi-weekly
Expected Earnings: $100,000 to $125,000 by the end of your first year.
Commissions from 7% to 12%
Avg. $3,000 sale on Repairs @ 7-8% commission = $200 to 250 per contract
Avg. $20,000 sale on Replacements @ 10-12% commission = $2,000 to $2,400 per contract
1 replacement sale per week = $104,000 per year
