JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing individuals through motivation, counseling, skill development, and product knowledge development. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage marketing programs including developing marketing, advertising, and coverage strategies for increasing sales and expanding in existing markets. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma is required.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience.

Five years of sales management and operations experience is required, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.

Must have experience with the use of CRM to manage sales reporting, leverage customer information, manage accounts, and manage time and territory.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Strong customer relations experience and skills are required.

Must possess the ability to influence and effectively negotiate.

Strong business acumen is required.

Must be skilled with Microsoft Suite business software, and other industry-specific programs.
