1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am (.20 Differential)
3rd Shift: 12:00am-9:45am (.30 Differential)
Job Description
Operate fill and seal packing machines
Perform changeovers and setup on machines
Ensure machines are running smoothly
Adjust machines for various bag sizes
Apply labels to bags
Inspect and stage product per specifications
Read production schedules and follow production goals
Run automated machines and input parameters for adjustments
Clean and sanitize machines between run times
Follow QA and QC checks and sign off
Adhere to GMP and FDA guidelines
Calculate product weights using micrometers and calipers
Lift rolls of film weighing up to 75 lbs during changeovers
Climb ladders and platforms to access equipment
Use tools for machine changeovers
Follow a schedule to meet production goals
