Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in the manufacturing industry, located in Springboro, Ohio. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from creating job postings to finalizing job offers. You will also have a key role in reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and coordinating interviews.Responsibilities Oversee the full cycle of recruitment processes. Create and manage job postings for open positions. Review and evaluate resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
