The Application and Data Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the organization's ERP system (Infor CSI - Cloud Suite Industrial) and Sales/Service CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), as well as developing and maintaining the PowerBI platform. This position will also contribute to various business projects, providing data-driven insights and solutions to enhance organizational performance. The position will also liaise with onsite and remote IT employees to provide guidance and support on various desktop support (hardware/software support) and infrastructure support questions (network/server). This position will support both Dynisco and Alpha Technology companies. This role is based in the Alpha Technologies location in Hudson OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Infor Syteline Management:
Administer, configure, and optimize the Infor Syteline ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries.
Reporting and form development to suite business requirements.
Microsoft Dynamics Management:
