ProMedica Physicians have locations serving northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, all working together with a single mission: the health of our communities.POSITION SUMMARYProvide guidance to all staff for day to day operations; will provide clinical supervision to nursing staff.ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide nursing care services to the occupational and urgent care populations, including all age groups.
Provide leadership on clinical issues to staff. Works closely with medical leadership to ensure smooth operation of facilities and provision of high quality services.
Plans and implements staff development activities, including individual coaching and guidance, and the presentation of regular educational programs.
Participates in the annual performance review process for all staff, participates in decisions regarding hiring and performance improvement actions.
Reviews and revises procedures as needed, but at least annually.
Ensures routine processes are in place to maintain appropriate inventory of supplies; monitors budget performance to maintain positive performance.
Assists in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with primary care practices, specialty practices and payor groups.
Other duties as assigned.Education: Associate Required.
Skills: Must be able to give directions, delegate duties, communicate and respond to inquiries, requires effective interpersonal skills.
Years of Experience: with a minimum of two years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience.
Certification: Registered Nurse with current certification/licensure in Ohio.
