Support product development cycles including testing and documentation; help define release schedules and dependent deadlines
Conduct regular performance and development discussions
Help set product and team goals
Document, implement, and coordinate best practice processes and procedures across teams
Recruit new staff for hire as needed; support employee terminations
Mentor, coach, and train direct reports
Provide technical advisory and design input on projects and product development
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
5+ years of software development experience
2-4 years of experience in mid-level software Development role
