Must-Have
1.Datacenter Management. Knowledge on Window, Linux\Unix and Storage architecture
2. Experience on Lenovo/IBM Hardware platforms. IBM Blade Center configurations and Maintenance like firmware upgrades etc
3. Should have working knowledge on Symantec Backup Exec tool, Commvault backup operations.
4. Good Understanding of Datacenter and virtual technologies. 5. Good knowledge on IBM SVC, XIV, Hitachi storage and Brocade SAN switches technologies.
6. Responsible for equipment maintenance tasks such as managing and installing custom upgrades, replacing, components and accessories in DC
7. Provide 24/7 support for Datacenter operations. 8. Maintaining records and drawing/updating schematics of the datacenter to detail 9. Vendor management 10. Good in Communication skills and inter personal skills
11. Team management skills

Any technical certifications in storage, OS technologies

Good in troubleshooting the complex Datacenter, Windows, Unix and Storage associated issues.

Should have knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX, Storage, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Virtual Center, IBM Blade Centers, Backup Exec tools.
