To provide support to the strategic planning team in special projects as assigned. Ability to interpret and apply information from multiple sources in responding to direct to employer questions and analytic needs. ACCOUNTABILITIES

Coordinates the development and implementation of a revised business plan, budgets and strategies for ProMedica Physicians. Translates customers (both internal and external) needs/expectations into technical specifications allowing for efficient and accurate database queries and outputs (reports, visualizations, drill-downs).

Meets with customers to obtain input into effective strategies that support ProMedica Physicians goals and recognizing all of the various types of services and specialties provided by the company. Incorporates metrics and benchmarks (both internal and external) to proactively identify and evaluate both leading and trailing indicators of medical management/health services processes resulting cost, quality and utilization trends.

Works with ProMedica communications staff to develop graphics and communications materials consistent with the established branding strategies.

May establish and conduct focus group meetings to obtain input on ideas and plans.

In conjunction with ProMedica communications, develop an implementation plan. Oversee the implementation plan.

Manages timelines and tracks budget for project. Meets with others to discuss necessary changes to business plan, timelines or budget.

Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required with emphasis in health care, marketing or communicationsSkills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify problems and resolve conflict. Demonstrate skills for measurement, calculations, reading charges, graphs and scoring. Must demonstrate critical reasoning skills in order to make safe judgements, evaluate relevancy of data for critical decision-making, identify needs for changes in patient issues, integrate and apply theory to practice (i.e.: Identify needs, establish goals, select appropriate interventions and evaluate outcomes.   • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Candidates must be external to be eligible for the Sign-on Bonus

  • POSITION SUMMARY Serves as the communication focal point for the hospitals, establishing a positive first impression to our customers. Under general supervision and following defined policies and procedures, operates the hospital telephone system and manages all calls for service for security and for the hospital. Answers and transfers calls from outside and within the hospital. Pages hospital personnel as requested. Dispatches Officers to calls and documents Security activity in a CAD application. May answer routine inquiries regarding hospital operations in accordance with defined policies. Responsibilities also include monitoring and managing alarms for fire, medical gases, and duress conditions.

  • REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts, repairs, and maintains wooden structures such as furniture, equipment, partitions, and other parts of the hospital building using hand and power tools as assigned. Assist with general maintenance activities as directed.
