Our dental Practice has immediate opening for full time/part time, experienced Associate Dentists/ Dental Assistants/EFDA/Front Desks/Receptionists. Located in Toledo, Ohio. The ideal candidate should be an energetic professional who is people oriented and eager to learn.
Front Desk:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are a growing dental practice with a great team and are looking for an outgoing individual who can bring their experience to help our patients. Coordinate patient scheduling and flow throughout the day by providing accurate scheduling based on provider. A team player. Minimum of 6 months dental front office experience
Understand the doctor's flow and when to schedule follow up appointments
Contact insurance companies and accurately input breakdowns into patient account
Accurately record all charges and payments to the patient's accounts. Bill claims and Prior Authorizations as needed. A working knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred but no required and strong organizational skills are necessary. Must type minimum of 45 WPM.
Effectively handle and/or direct patient questions and complaints; know when to escalate to office manager
Maintain HIPPA compliance
Follow required OHSA safety procedures as necessary
Ensure reception area and front desk areas are clean and organized
Create a positive experience when scheduling patients over the phone
Skills/Abilities:
Preferred previous dental terminology knowledge and working knowledge of dental insurance
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
Professionalism and professional image
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Teamwork. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
Eagle soft knowledge preferred but not required
Dental Assistant
Full time Dental Assistant needed for busy dental office in Toledo, Ohio. We are seeking honest, ambitious, intelligent, fast-working individuals that share our passion for excellence and incredible patient care. Qualifications: X-ray certification, previous experience preferred. Maintain appropriate records with confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
