Buckeye Northwest Realty is a growing property management company in northwest Ohio. We are looking for reliable and qualified candidates to grow with us as a general laborers. This position is to aid our maintenance and grounds staff in maintaining properties and making homes ready for rent. Main duties will be assisting in maintaining lawns, clearing snow, hauling out homes, unit inspections and more. This position will also assist in making homes ready to rent that varies, but will include drywall repair, painting, and general construction in addition to light electrical and plumbing.
We also do full home rehabs that included cabinet installation, floor tile installation, structural repair, foundation repair, roof and siding repairs, and much more. If a house has it or needs it, we fix it!Room for growth opportunities include crew leader, maintenance technician, maintenance leader, as well as schooling for trade certification such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
A valid driver's license, a smart phone with data, and a reliable vehicle are all necessary for this position.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
