I rehab houses for an out of state investor. All work is in Toledo area. I have a lot of work ahead of me. We are a team of three guys. Need you to fill a spot. Here's the details
Averages $15 to $25 an hour depending on what you can do.
You will be reliable, trustworthy, and ethical. No vulgar language
Have your own basic tools. I can supply specialty tools
Know something about some or all of the following, flooring, plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, rough framing, roofing, you get the idea. If you don't. Convince me you want to learn.
