Full time maintenance person needed for apartment community in Toledo, OH.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Maintenance should know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. HVAC certified helpful. Must live within 30 minutes from property.
