Arnold's Home Improvement is a fast-growing company in the Toledo, OH that's been around for over 30 years. We are currently seeking for a Project Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, has excellent communication skills, and is a self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once. Preferably has a carpentry background.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects at once
Communicate with clients, vendors, and other team members daily
Work with the project manager to ensure all deadlines are met on time
Communicate with clients and vendors on status of projects
Communicate with clients and vendors regularly about status of projects
Create reports for management on projects status and progress
Maintain project files and records in our MS system.
Manage all documents needed for project files. (i.e., invoices, contracts, etc.)
Manage client communication throughout the entire process from proposal to construction.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
