Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual. Must have reliable transportation, drivers license and insurance. Attention to detail and pride in your work a must. This job is painting and cleaning of LMH properties. Painting includes roll and brush work. Cleaning includes all appliances, cabinets, bathroom and floor stripping.
