Duties include but are not limited to:
Proactively engage with customers to sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections,and more!
Stock merchandise and ensure displays are appealing and clean
Assist customers with merchandise returns
Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referral business
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Apparel Sales Associate:
Motivated to succeed with good sales, customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive, and honest with a good work ethic and professional appearance
Good computer and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A passion for motorcycles & adventurous outdoor activities is a plus!
