Full time / Part time handyperson. Minimum of 5 years experience. Apartment maintenance and renovation. Qualified candidate will have a broad range of skill sets across various building trades: drywall hanging, finishing, painting, hardwood floors, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. $30 for drywall work. All other trades are paid at $20/hr. Drywall work is only 20% of the job. Must be able to pass a full background check
