Looking for a Reliable Property Maintenance Pro – Part-Time, Ongoing Work
Toledo + Surrounding Areas (South Toledo, Maumee, Perrysburg, Holland)
I own a mix of commercial and residential properties, including a retail plaza and several Airbnbs, and I’m looking for a reliable, skilled person to handle ongoing maintenance across them. This role is ideal for someone who can take direction, troubleshoot on the fly, and take ownership of getting things done right the first time.
Workload averages around 5 hours/week, with the potential for more depending on projects. Some weeks may be lighter; others may involve larger one-off tasks.
What You'll Handle:
General property repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
Weekly yard work (mowing, basic landscaping)
Turnover prep and light fix-ups at Airbnb units
Occasional larger projects like unit refreshes or light remodeling
On-call support for urgent issues when things break
Requirements:
Experience with property maintenance or residential remodeling
Reliable transportation
Your own basic tools (larger tools can be provided as needed)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
A no-flake attitude — showing up and following through is everything here
