Position Overview:
Currently seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time General Laborer/Helper to join our residential remodeling team in the Toledo area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various construction trades, with no prior experience required (though preferred). Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and organization of tools and materials
Support a wide range of projects, including roofing, siding, window and door installation, flooring, concrete work, plumbing, electrical tasks, and appliance installations
Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
Physically fit and in good health, capable of performing labor-intensive tasks
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to job sites in Toledo and surrounding areas
Access to a working cell phone for communication
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions
Prior experience in construction or remodeling is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour for entry-level candidates (cash)
Payments via Venmo preferred; cash payments available daily until a Venmo account is established
Location: Toledo, OH, and surrounding areas
