About the Role: Medical Assistant - In Home care Embrace the chance to redefine your work-life balance with Easy Health's innovative and flexible approach to healthcare. As a Medical Assistant at Easy Health, you will be at the forefront of delivering preventive care and educational services, directly engaging with members in the heart of their communities. This position offers the unique fulfillment of local travel and the opportunity of face-to-face interactions with members directly in the comfort of their home. You'll play a vital role in performing and setting up comprehensive assessments such as Annual Wellness & Quality Gap Care visits for our members in their homes. Location: We will be hiring in the Ohio metro areas (Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland) and would love the opportunity to speak with you. The applicants must be local and have reliable transportation for travel to at least one of these areas.Schedule:
40 hours of availability, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm
Seeing between 6-8 patients per day.
Timeframe per visit: up to1 hr. sessions (includes travel)
Compensation:
$40 per completed visit
compensation for same day no show visits
What You'll Do:
Perform complex patient-oriented testing procedures.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
Deliver a warm, caring experience for our members.
Maintain high member satisfaction and efficient communication.
Who You Are: You're a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program with at least 1 year of experience. You are proficient in telemedicine tools and comfortable in an in-home setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers or CPR/AED is required. Experience in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred. Why EasyHealth?
