Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Lead you willbe tasked with leading DevOps transformations for large and complex client environments. You’ll provide leadership to the DevOps Service Offering both locally and across CapTech’s Systems Integration Practice. Additional responses are outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform DevOps assessments at the Enterprise level
  • Defines strategy for DevOps advanced best practices
  • Identifies and cultivates future DevOps leaders
  • Provides thought leadership through internal and client experimentation as well as public facing methods such as webinars, blogs/articles, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Connects DevOps capabilities to broader initiatives across CapTech
  • Provides guidance for training and career development based on current trends
  • Experience working with senior leadership to align DevOps capabilities with business strategy and objectives

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years’ experience working in IT with 4+ years’ in an Agile environment
  • 3 to 4 years’ experience working as a DevOps technologist
  • At least 4+ prior DevOps implementations architecting end to end Pipeline orchestration including

    • CI/CD
    • Automated testing
    • DevSecOps
    • Telemetry
    • Quality Gates

  • Prior experience leadingSoftware Engineers
  • Experience with source code management tools such as Subversion and Git
  • Proficiency in cross-platform scripting languages and build tools (ANT, Artifactory, Groovy, Maven, MSBuild, Nexus, NuGet)
  • Experience deploying and administering Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, TFS, TeamCity or Bamboo
  • Strong understanding and be experience operating in an agile development environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative culture

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience leading large complex DevOps transformations– moved from required

  • Cloud DevOps Certification
  • SAFE DevOps Certification

  • Territory Sales Lead (Central Columbus, OH) Posted Date: February 5, 2024 Requisition Number: 121211 Job Location:  Columbus, OH (Must reside or be willing to commute to Central Columbus, OH) Flexible Schedules Available Summary The Territory Sales Lead (TSL) ensures flawless execution of store level sales and promotion plans with customer retailers in assigned territory.  The territory consists of high-volume food chain grocers and mass merchandiser customers.  The TSL masters retail execution plans by driving incremental sales, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class promotional and merchandising strategies, and ensuring 100% distribution on authorized Hershey items across all classes of trade. A successful TSL will be driven, entrepreneurial, influential, and planful.   Responsibilities Consultative Business Partnering / Customer Relationship Development and Management:/  Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at all levels.  Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales. Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels of customers to achieve sales objectives. Leverage strategic relationships with KDMs to influence and negotiate customers’ assistance in the merchandising of Hershey products.     / Data Analysis/: Obtain and analyze relevant store, product, and market data and leverage trends and analytics to build the business.
