Job Description SummaryLead the Repair materials customer experience organization, leveraging global organizational leadership to influence culture transformation with cross-functional team with a focus on I&D, retention, and talent development. This role will be focusing on developing solutions and processes while executing customers repair needs that enable GE and CFM’s MRO enterprise to be the choice for repair solutions. This role will focus on the leadership of 3 main functions in the Services Repair: Customer experience organization that supports customer account management for GE/CFM global MRO Execution of Repair technical and commercial partnership programs Licensing COE and execution for the GE enterprise including MRO, Repair, and Test Cell EquipmentJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:

Lead a large scale global organization comprised of commercial and operational functions to meet financials and operational commitments in support of business targets

Lead the execution of repair customer experience, repair technical programs and licensing COE via establishment & execution of processes, development of customer strategies and partnership with internal stakeholders in the execution of Component repair strategy

Ownership of all repair customer experience via the execution of transactional processes & direct customer support to enable becoming customers choice for repair services.

Lead the Lean transformation of the organization in support of an improved customer and employee experience, including digital systems, data management and operational excellence

Ownership of Licensing COE inclusive of developing strategy of repair licensing in concert with Product lines, execution of customer license requests & administration to enable repair intellectual property management and protection and in compliance with IATA commitments

Ownership of repair commercial programs, inclusive central repair commercial processes to enable an effective go-to-market for repair, ownership of Component Repair Directory & associated catalogs, market competitive intelligence, Portals, contract flowdown & SOP’s across the function

Ownership of repair technical programs, inclusive of Repair Intellectual property/ICA strategy and publications, Repair growth and LEAP Repair control, Repair Tech Level processes, Repair partner collaboration program (CBSA, GBSA, JTPA, CRDA, CRLA) leadership, JTPA and CRDA support

Engage with internal and external MRO’s to develop and execute supplier network strategy, build partnerships and customer relationship that enable an efficient and effective customer experience

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of Commercial experience

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Desired Characteristics/Qualifications/

Experience in MRO and repair operations

Experience in commercial deals/contract management

Experience in foot print and intellectual property strategy

Technical knowledge of work scoping, repair technology, and publications

Strong business acumen and commercial savvy

Deep understanding of the Engine Services business

Ability to influence across the matrix

Strong customer service mindset

Strong financial acumen

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
