Description Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to manage our innovative garment embroidery team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient production and maintaining top-notch quality standards.Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the production team responsible for stitching Company Logos, Personalization, and Custom Graphics onto various garments.

Allocate tasks to machine operators, maintaining efficiency and ensuring tasks completion within set timelines and to a high standard.

Analyze production metrics (including cost, inventory etc.) to support planning and improvements.

Onboard and train new members in the use of various embellishment and embroidery techniques.

Monitor production processes, making sure accuracy and quality standards are always met.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with embellishment machines.

Manage equipment and supplies inventory on a regular basis.

Ensure safety rules and standards are implemented and adhered to by all team members.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of three years' experience in an embroidery role.

Proven work experience in a supervisory role.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot ZSK Embroidery Machines.

An ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Proficient reading skills and the ability to consistently follow directions and processes.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

A good attendance record with flexibility to work overtime if required.

Proactive in initiating process changes and resolving issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and embroidery design software.

Bilingual in Spanish and/or Nepali preferred.
