3rd Shift(Sun-Thurs 10: 30pm-7: 00am tentative hours)

$22 - 26/ hr + $2.00 shift diff

Looking for a skilled maintenance technician with strong mechanical and electrical engineering experience. This position is responsible for completing maintenance work orders that include conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance service, machine asset management, storeroom inventory management, and facilities maintenance.

• Must be able to operate material handling equipment (e.g., hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of electronics and programmable logic control (PLC).
• Working knowledge of electrical fundamentals, power transmissions, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings (blueprints, schematics, CAD, technical drawings)
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledgebase and experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze problems and determine the best solution in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with little supervision who understands the importance of teamwork.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, move, and lift up to 50 lbs. in a production environment.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours and required overtime, which may include evenings and weekends.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with Military/Trade/Technical/Vocational training encompassing the following:

  • Post-secondary technical/vocational coursework
  • 3 years maintenance mechanic experience in a flexographic printing environment
